He has travelled extensively for handling operations at international level and has also done leadership roles at PepsiCo. Prakash Iyer is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad. He has great passion about people and Cricket. It is his passion to speak on winning, motivation, teamwork and leadership.

His initial career was with Hindustan Unilever Limited after which he became the Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark Lever. He has also been the CEO and Managing Director of Infomedia India Limited, before that.

Prakash Iyer has worked with teams selling a number of things right from diapers, soaps, yellow page and collars but finally he decided to step out of the corporate world and pursued his passion for helping other people to unleash the leader within them, speaking and writing, from the year 2014. Presently he is an advisor to an India focused Equity Fund called Multiples and is also an independent director on the board of Xerox India. Besides this he has also served as CEO of the Mumbai Indians Cricket franchise in 2015 in their IPL title-winning campaign.
